haha funny thing is...BANT sued TWO former employees...lost BOTH times...and ended up owing BOTH six figures each time...can't make this up. Between the money judgments, settlements and attorney's fees, BANT burned through over $1M....not that bright of a CEO I guess.

Where do you see the reverse split info?
