OTC came out with new filing regulations starting with all 12/31/22 forward.
Not sure how this disclosure comes remotely close to being transparent.
But it is 30 days early ??

The new filing still has the description of the previous business and assets being stripped from MC Endeavors, yet now as you stated, it says that it is the parent company again. I agree wholeheartedly with the sentiment of who knows WTF is going on
