When settlement talks with the Judge and Amazon begin and the infringement has been proven in discovery, the judge will mention to AMZN that they have two cases in his court and if willful infringement is proven then he will also mention treble damages to the defendant. For some reason I have my money on AMZN to be the first to fall.

Also to your 2. point , T-Mobile and Verizon have been sent infringement damages.

I am not 100% sure but, for MG patent, T-Mobile and Verizon damages would be higher than Amazon's. They are 1 and 2 in the US for cell networks.
