obviously it will depend on where it’s trading At after the dust settles after ide approval. Then how much of a discount the doc wants the offering at. Obviously the higher the share price the better.

My opinion is we will be a lot closer to $1.00 or higher after the dust settles so, possibly the offering will be between $.60-$.75 a share.

Conservative estimate of course

Either way dilution is going to be minimal,
Authorized shares are only 950 million shares the last I checked and outstanding is sitting around 360 million shares. Which for a otc stinky penny play the share structure is in great shape compared to majority of the otc.

This being a otc penny stock, share count won’t effect the share price much if at all.

There’s tons of eyes on this and waiting to jump in and that’s not counting the individual brokerage firms that can’t get in until the share price is higher.

So in short, massive dilution will never happen.

Also don’t forget isopet, granted it might be a little longer before we see any significant revenue from it, but it’s very possible to see decent revenue later this year.

Agree no problem raising funds with minor dilution post IDE approval. Problem is can they hold out that long vs. the obviously increased expenses at moment? If cash gets low, that also can cause panic and can drive atm pps down. No timetable to IDE submission yet.
