I did get a response from Josh about 4 or 5 months ago. He was standing by Yale who I think has been the worst move for the company.

Strangely I did receive a response from Josh even though my emails were bounced back.

Still speaking of audits and uplisting. I asked him how we expect to uplist with a shareprice of .0004 and zero buying interest. We shall see.

They said they are preparing the year end right now.
