Restricted/Preferred shares are not considered outstanding shares at all. So no, it isn't affecting my "piece of the pie" at the given time until they are converted. And a capital raise in the next 3 months or less?! I can guarantee you there will be no capital raise that will affect current outstanding shares in the next 3 months. Look at the volume and share price- they couldn't raise much money that way even if they tried... they current valuation for the company is less than 5 million. I've had my series 7 for 5 years, please tell me how restricted shares work. haha
