All Eric has to do is verify it on Twitter....

True no signature, but Eric submitted it that way as part of his Reg a offering, and is included in his exhibits. It was approved by the SEC finally on Dec 29th. Therefore I assume his signature on that doc is not required, and that his signature on the offering itself authorizes everything he submits.

This is from his last amendment ( 3rd one ) on Dec 27th that was accepted, qualified by the SEC
