Yes, I remember the touting of a pizza shop in Philly... Guy insisted it was one of ours, even though name was spelled different, there were no franchise royalty payments ever on the financials, and we haven't had pizza shops or franchises since 2007! lol

Wonder what is up with Black Rock, we announce Sept 2nd, 2021 the agreement to buy 51% of the restaurant. If investors are putting up the money for the 51%, not sure how any of this benefits GMPR. Are we still waiting on the audited financials from 2020 and 2021 to uplist to NASDAQ? lol
