It is very much an issue so good luck finding any verifiable info stating that the FINRA restriction doesn't exist because it was given in 2020, is current and still has not been resolved according to this SEC document:

FINRA is restricting any corporate actions such as a reverse merger.

I look forward to the non-verifiable opinion or innuendo that will be posted, if anything is posted at all.
