Exactly it is not a stock split because in a stock split EVERYONE doubles their shares. In this case only CEO doubles up on the shares. So while everyone else immediately loses half their value, CEO doesn't lose a thing and hopes that people are not smart enough to halve the price. All the while the CEO has started a new company to do it all over again. SEC are you listening?
