Go to OTC/WNBD click on Disclosure and Filings/Quarterly Report 30SEP2022 and go to Page 2 and you will find this:

As you stated, the real puzzle is why OTC is not updated. Surely there has been enough time to accomplish that task. So the question is whether any documentation was ever sent to OTC.
