What are you even talking about? Care to back this statement up with any evidence supporting it?
The screenshot I shared only mentions some basic facts that everyone understood about the case. He purchased shares, became CEO, signed a consulting agreement, etc.
The only thing it added to what we knew from the SEC filings is that he was approached by an individual (David Johnson) who sold him on the idea of joining a startup company. If anything, this shows that he wasn't an active participant, as he was acting in good faith thinking it was a startup company.
