So, you believe everything in a PR because if they lied they'd have "liability"? Holy cow.

There is nothing in that PR that "validates the transaction". Every mining property in Mexico has a concession number. Benny says he has it, yet won't disclose it. Why? He doesn't even attempt to make excuses for why he won't say what that number is.
