They couldn't do Nasdaq at 2 bucks a share how do they expect to do 4 bucks a share. BS is getting old.

$IQST$$ It's no easy road to haul and successful NASDAQ listing will be a huge and profitable accomplishment.
$4 pps is only one requirement that IQST will meet, even if via a NASDAQ allowed conditional alternate pps >> "The regular bid price of shares of the company's stock at the time of listing must be at least $4.00. However, a company may qualify under a closing price alternative of $3.00 or $2.00 if the company meets varying requirements. Typically, there must be at least three (or four depending on the criteria) market makers for the stock."
There are also corporate governance issues, income, os and shareholder requirements, to name a few. I'm confident we see the hurdles and are ready to run and win the race.
