Yeah I remember when the first leg of that one was first announced I think it was like 10 kilometers or something like that, and they had an outdoor ceremony onsite with that huge single pipe hanging from a crane in the background, various speakers including AMLO of course.

These deals take forever sometimes and maybe finally its our turn, we'll see. But Michael always said they liked working with him b/c he never charged them a dime for everything he does for them. It's time to pay the piper.

Did they actually complete that pipeline, I lost track? Heck I remember the celebration they had in Yucatan one day with a huge pipeline hanging in the background - that line was supposed to be only 10 kilometers or something.
