ok thanks, I didnt take the time to fully read their news, or absorb what is going on... and also misstated about dilution while in BK

I am familiar with their covid-19 test kit because i used it last Jan, this flu test sounds very positive, even though bad timing for Lucira LHDX but maybe they get the financial help they need

Lucira is also seeking a strategic or financial partner to resume the manufacturing and development of additional home diagnostic tests

because an at-home rapid FLU test can obviously be very useful, and very lucrative if its the "WORLD FIRST"

something smells fishy... maybe its a big conspiracy by the FDA to let some larger company to come in and take over?

what seems odd to me is the string of very good news (below) then a quick BK filing not long after
