#749679 RE: Robert from yahoo bd #749674

i have asked this question before. is scotus taking the case positive or negative?
i understand it will depend on the outcome but just because they took it and reading between the lines, cfpb is shut on constitutional grounds as it sets a very bad precedent. the congress where r are in majority would not pass any bill to thwart it. the 5 conservative justices would likely trash cfpb. thoughts if positive or negative?
how will it affect gse? can they convince the 5th that fhfa is different than cfpb? i don't think so, they have been spending shareholder money like water on frivolous lawsuits defending the illegal taking and mustering their power and deference towards them.
