Holy cow, AmateurInvestor, you seem to be very sensitive about the Don Jenkins thing. Yes, it was securities fraud....did you read the title of the newspaper article that you linked to? If not, here it is again: Arizona man pleads guilty to Alabama securities fraud charge

There it is......securities fraud! He pleaded guilty. He admitted it. And there was at least one victim, again, did you read the article? A woman from Pinson, Alabama, who he had to pay restitution to. You don't pay restitution, unless someone is identified as a victim. So, not a victimless crime.

Like driving without a license? LOL....okay, if you say so. Do they sentence people to jail for that in your state? Do they arrest someone getting off a plane, and extradite them back to another state for driving without a license? Put them in jail for 39 days?

Do you still want to discuss a case about an incident that happened more than 9 years ago?

Absolutely, it is relevant! I have followed along with every scammy promotion that this company (previously WSRA, now WSRC) has attempted for the last decade plus. Mining scam after mining scam, without ever any drilling, no mining, no gold production.......just lots of hyperbolic claims about millions in gold, platinum, and other metals. Jenkins was a key player in most of them - as the procurer of the mining claims used in the various promotions, and as the author of many of the "technical" reports. He was also a >5% stockholder for most of that time, up until last year. I have no doubt that he is still involved in some manner.

And now the granddaddy of all mining scams being promoted by WSRC, right now! A video was issued by the company claiming they have the rights to $182 billion in gold, platinum, etc. at the Sage Hen claims. Who could possibly be dumb enough to fall for a wild claim like that? Nobody could possibly believe that kind of BS. Could they?

And of course, there's the MSL mitigation contract, with a guaranteed $1.9 billion in revenue, spread out over 10 years. One problem: there's no funding. Ooops, more horseshite......
