your argument is the hellish administrative state and agency heads --- in lieu of congress

my argument is I do not have that much faith in lifetime appointed SCOTUS judges to know what a law means and intent and such

re flows of money - I can see income that is not from the TREASURY and is not from the sole purpose TRUST FUND -- being allowed --- but with Congressional oversight

I think of New Jersey and the TURNPIKE and BRIDGES and such ----- this likely does not go through the legislative budget every year ----- but there should be legislative oversight of the agencies in control
