You are correct about that "at this PPS" However, a RS would chase retail off and the CEO also knows this would forever damage the stock. My bet is the news soon will change that thought and as a direct result a much higher PPS which would also negate having to do so. Will see soon but, at the current PPS a RS would be a kiss of death for the stock..
