IR is NOT telling anyone other than what is public. When you ask questions on a message board, you get opinion and interpretation. Some of us have been to the Port and walked around doing DD, some of us still use the product and others have asked Pilot Flying J their opinion of the diesel additive. The blending facilities were mentioned in a previous PR and were vital to answering you specific question. That is something IR can elaborate on and no one here can that I know of...
