I don't think the divorce from Lannett will get messy. My understanding is that Lannett can continue to sell out whatever inventory Elite has provided them. When they run out of that product they will start to ship their own Adderall generic under a different NDC number. The bottle shipped to the pharmacy will probably look the same other than the NDC change. The tablets themselves will most like look the same other than tablet marking.
