Nope, $4.00 is minimum bid price, plus all host of things that goes along with it, more importantly, shareholder equity has to be above 25 million, plus 2500 shareholder base to qualify, they also have to show 4-6 quarters of profitability ( listing on Nasdaq is minimum a year away) This deal sucked donkey balls, with Carnes still on board and the most important issue I looked at was 3% for shareholders. Carnes got to greedy and it smelled awful. One more note, the press release they issued about short crew shorting the stock, these guys are awful trying to imitate what GN*S scam tried to do as well. This is dead money. I am not bearish, but definitely not bullish. Saying it like it is.
