Fwiw I know of no other OTC equity with a private parent. So why the protracted latency on merger? It still festers me as to why the video conference was dominated by Daves forthright Via One disclosures with zero follow through approx 1-2 years ago?? Smoke and mirrors by my take given the mic drop.
