Per the legal professionals that I know (including my wife, and the Attorneys that she is Paralegal to, as well as my 40 year law vet neighbor/former senior partner in the firm that my wife works for), its pretty simple... the courts have huge caseloads at any given time. To say "Oh this will surely be decided by (fill in date here) is nearly impossible.... estimates on the other hand, are purely surmise based on their years of legal experience...The prior being said, once the responses/briefs regarding the courts "order for Calasse to show cause" have been reviewed, sharp has the win in all of their opinions.
