I thought I read about David passing some years ago, not positive, he would be in his 90s if alive.

Do you remember hearing that the board gave him a mercedes convertible with a trunk full of cash (50k?) for his final send off? I know that he got many millions in retirement, I mean a gag send-off of sorts.
