They did not know anything about aviation. I worked there in 2013-2014. Believe it or not, Igor was the only one that had any clue. Tony was throwing darts. Tony is arrogant and foolish and knew nothing about what he was doing. I continued to say this even back in 2016/17. Cheryl Mulligan (Sp.) is very week and she was the COO. The whole thing was almost comical, from the inside.
