I'm waiting for share cancellation filings.

If they file proof of service and request default judgments, then we know we're getting close. All that matters are the 240M shareholder and the 40M shareholder, the rest are meaningless to me.

When we have an idea of when it will be complete, then merger news will heat up I think. Some believe merger news could happen anytime and is independent of the cancellations, but I don't think the market agrees.
