I agree. But maybe the reason for the delay with changing capital structure, is this spin off.

I guess we will find out this fall. How low you think the PPS will go? Dump all the old debt, but hopefully minimal fresh debt moving forward. JMO

With the state of global affairs, none of it may not matter much anyway. JMO
