GLXI GREAT NEWS! i have confirmed the company has filed for name change in the Great State Of New York.....as

UMINING RESOURCES, INC

FILED IN NEW YORK! not in nevada as some expected!

name change and NEW CUSIP coming! symbol change shortly thereafter....

also...WATCH for new names coming into the picture with GLXI in the "NEAR" future.

That's all i can say....
