All here must remember that there are a lot of investors that are holding there position here for the next phase and those people are not the fippers ' these are the big boys who know what lay ahead' don't get me wrong if you can make a few dollars by flipping great but the dollars are yet to come.
They do seem to be trying to discover if their land has any value...very slowly. I still own this stock, so I would be delighted to see things go well. But in the end, we all have a much better chance of making money by opening up roadside snow cone stands this weekend.
