#1) Prove they are facts (show us the e-mail traffic, pitch decks, anything!)
#2) Anyone with $0.07 to their name can be a shareholder - ex-FBI or not. A shareholder’s prior career is completely irrelevant.
#3) When you say you want Management to implement “AI hype” you are effectively asking management for a pump and dump
#4) I think it’s funny that you believe Management is reading this board
