Unfortunately our CEO's continued ignorance in the operation of a public company is beyond astounding. A MATERIAL EFFECT has taken place recently in regards to CONVERTIBLE NOTES and TCA.

The SEC requires a public company to disclose a "Material Effect" to the public via an 8K.

I would encourage all shareholders to contact FINRA and the SEC and file a complaint!
