I'm guessing that we could go as high as .10 to .15 cents. We are only talking about 200 million shares here. Even if they would max out the authorized shares, they would have to file to increase any share structure, and we would see this filing. We could already be maxed out here or very close to being maxed out. This could really run hard upon completion of the deal until they can increase the share structure.
