The only example I can think of is TSNP. It was late March 2021, TSNP/HMBL, was already on the decline at that point but they had a CUSIP change approved and that first day I remember that stock squeezing pretty hard but don’t remember the exact numbers.

AXXA had a wild one years ago price went from .02 to almost .70 on the change.
