The ask has been thin to .85 with little available at .80. Someone hits .80 for 15,000+ shares and the MM"s load up the ask below .80 and then paints the bid low .70's eod Friday. MM's are short on ETCC for sure. Keep hitting the ask until they are forced to run it $1.00+.
