One would think entities are interested NorCal. With all the recent events… I don’t know of another mine that is shovel ready & will produce & process Niobium, Scandium, Titanium & viable REES as called out in the 2023 NDAA!
If they get financed very soon??? they could be in production by 2026! Imho

Hey NorCalTommy, at the intersection of Highways 50 and 136 on the northeast side of Tecumseh there will be new U-Stop Convenience Shop built very soon. They want to be operational by the end of the year....I wonder why? Anyway, maybe they can offer the daily Chico Special. Just sayin...
