Couldn't you argue we would be close if not there already with the potential capital raise that is allowed? Wouldn't we need about $240B (3% of 8T)? If the seniors go and they are allowed to raise $70B each plus the current $100B cash plus conversion of $33B Ps? (not advocating for conversion, just saying the numbers may work).
