What is he letting go of? Are the shares no longer his once he exercises the warrants?

Maybe he sees an uptrend coming and would like to be liquid during that time period? Maybe he envisions some spikes and retreating and wants to have the shares in hand?

I highly doubt scars from the spike to $0.50 have anything to do with why he is exercising them now. He’s been scarred by they experience for years and now he just can’t take it any more?

Seems like less than well reasoned logic to me.
