Re lease assignment - thanks, that makes sense. Was that info available from a public source?

Did your source say when whomever stopped fulfilling the terms of the lease (e.g. how much back-rent are they on the hook for, plus other charges)?

And, does your source say anything else about current lease terms? (I assume that's private, unless it was part of the case details.)
