I hope this helps to enlighten you to why I am so fixated on seeing the combination data. I expect the TUSP + Venetoclax efficacy data to be even stronger than this AND I expect a much better safety profile.

Daver himself believes that TUSP is well suited as a combination partner. TUSP has been shown in vitro to be synergistic with other drugs beyond Venetoclax.

APTO needs to get to first line triple therapy with TUSP ASAP. Keep in mind that TUSP also shows significant activity in Flt3-wt.
