Yet nothing will ever change for BioAmber shareholders as the deal actually did take place back in 2018 as stated. All the assets were taken over by LCYB long ago. Good things are never coming that’s for sure lol

How can you laugh at losing your investment in BioAmber? After believing in and falling for the scam created by the DD Fabricators about more coming to BioAmber shareholders I would be pissed off that’s for sure.
There is nothing left but an empty shell with Zero assets. What do you think the two judges lied in their court orders lol!! I guess the USTPO legacy assignment showing BioAmber signing over all its right to all of its patents to LCYB must have been a joke too lol. I wonder why the plant and land were transferred over? Why did FINRA suspend the CUSIP and delete the stock after PWC notified them of the outcome and ending of the liquidation

Here's the judge's signature.... He approved the sale in this order:

https://www.pwc.com/ca/en/car/bioamber/assets/bioamber-032_091918.pdf

While you were browsing through that document all the way past that APA to find something, anything, that didn't yet have a signature (that patent assignment agreement would be signed after the closing of the sale), did you happen to actually read through the APA (which ended on page 178, btw) and specifically starting at page 77 where those patents (aka - the "intangibles) were listed as sold? I figure that part was skipped, since it contradicts the fairy tale.

It really helps to understand how things work.

It is legal to have Arlette and Dougar [sic] signatures on separate pages.

The Judge signed the order, trader59 provided the link: https://www.pwc.com/ca/en/car/bioamber/assets/bioamber-032_091918.pdf
