These scams are built on nothing but lie-filled press releases. There is never any sustainable real world business activity. There is no income and therefor no profits. The companies have nothing but fake assets touted by Eddie Vakser as he takes investors on another ride through his fantasy land businesses on paper only.

EVEN IF the "A/S was 5 billion and the O/S was only 4.6 billion" (which is patently FALSE)... the fact remains PBHG is a .0002- .0003, ULTRA LOW/NO VOLUME, NO ATTORNEY OPINION TICKER with an OTC "YIELD WARNING" FLASHING, MICRO SCAM with NO REVENUE GENERATING BUSINESS ACTIVITY operated by ONE LIFELONG SERIAL SCAMMER with MULTIPLE REVOKED/ DELISTED/ EXPERT MARKET failures who currently runs a total of SEVEN GARBAGE TICKERS from a house he DOES NOT OWN where he sits in front of a computer screen in a DRUNKEN STUPOR with his fat gut growing daily as he tries to dream up new ways to DUPE AND DUMP ON INVESTORS while trying to prevent his long suffering wife WHO IS CURRENTLY DIVORCING HIM from getting her fair share of whatever he has pocketed, stolen or stashed over the years.
