Perhaps you don't understand insider preferred shares???? This is pretty standard stuff .. lol They may stay preferred for control for a long long long long time......... what the o/s again?
But but but - that's not what you posted... Insider preferred shares aren't trading, and likely won't be for a long long long long long time... Did you say preferred shares were going to convert within 60 days or not? Was that false info or not?
