It isn't that it won't turn it is the fact that it is going to take 100's of percent runs for holders to even break even and even more for a profit. Money could be making money elsewhere in the meantime. 10K is due the 1st of April do not expect much there we know they made profit 3rd quarter but 4th quarter is unknown. Now the Q1 due 5/15 is the one that will make or break the price, If they start off in the red shareholders are going to lose all confidence considering no concrete news. Where is the news for EV Motorcycles, Ev Car, BASF, IOT, Upstream, those are the issues shareholders want to see.

I agree with your assessment especially as to the long term impact(s) of the Apollo deal on the future share price of IQST. I think that your "speed bump" analogy is spot on, and I also think that, down the road, the acquisition of IQST shares, by Apollo, has a far greater upside than downside when related to the share price.

As far as negative posting goes, one does have to question the motivation of one specific poster who has an almost pathological addiction to posting negative conjectures and innuendos about IQST, especially when, by their own admission, they don't own any shares in the company. It takes a lot of hubris and arrogance to portent to know the financial situation and feelings of those who do own shares of the company, even if you do own shares, but it is even more disturbing, from a psychological standpoint, when the supposed all-knowing prophet doesn't own any shares.
