Had Lannett honored their contract through March 5, 2024, like they agreed to, they wouldn't have received this PAY BACK.

Nasrat gave Lannett THE MIDDLE FINGER.

After Lannett terminated the Adderall IR/XR Agreement back in August, Nasrat IMMEDIATELY did the following as PAY BACK:

1. September 2022 - TERMINATED the exclusive Lannett License, Supply and Distribution Agreement for Dantrolene.

2. November 2022 - TERMINATED the exclusive Lannett License, Supply and Distribution Agreement for Vigabatrin.

Like they say, PAY BACK is a B*TCH.

I agree, the only reason they never got on the shortage list is because they have plenty of product in the warehouse, LOL
