I think they will get the deal done, for the last month I wonder because no word from AMIH on the offer.
But this time the parties agreed to extend the loi which tells me they are working together to find the right deal.

Cosmos Health, Inc. ("the Company") (NASDAQ:COSM), a global healthcare group with proprietary lines of nutraceuticals and distributor of pharmaceuticals, branded generics, OTC medications and medical devices, announced today that it has extended its previously issued non-binding letter of intent (LOI) to acquire ZipDoctor Inc. from American International Holdings Corp (AMIH). The parties have agreed to extend the LOI through February 24, 2023.
