Curious, if GVSI not SEC registered then what is this?

Nothing.

As opposed to what Sharp said in the tweet I posted along with the letter I posted that specifically states that they withdrew the Form 10 application for SEC registration which GVSI never refiled.

GVSI is not SEC reporting, and doesn't have a registration statement.

It does not have an effective registration, it is not registered under Section 12.

What are you not getting? You think having a CIK makes what he is saying incorrect?

The key is whether GVSI is registered with the SEC, or does it qualify for an exemption from the registration requirements?
