I'm going to try to calculate earnings hit that the derivative liability charge will bring to 4th qtr earnings, based on the gains and losses that derivatives have caused in previous quarters. Otherwise, I expect there to be some positive cash flow posted, but likely overall losses for the 4th quarter. I don't expect the stock to do much until 4th qtr and 10K results are posted, and maybe we get some forward guidance. With the derivative interest charges and the preferred stock dividends still payable, I think there will likely be a loss reported for the 4th quarter of 2022.
