Yea, more than likely those were shares sold for profit from Reg A offering. Which is dilution and a poor choice of wording IMO

Shares that were more than likely used to help with funding business operation.

I still believe the hogher we climb, that the Reg A offering gets bumped higher, hopefully to at least $.002. JMO
